Constitutional Principles

- The Founder's Constitution: Chapter Nine -- Energetic Government (read the Introduction)
- The Founder's Constitution: Chapter Ten -- Separation of Powers (read the Introduction)
- The Founder's Constitution: Chapter Eleven -- Balanced Government (read the Introduction)

Each of the chapters above deals with a conflict concerning the design of the Constitution. The first concerns the extent of its powers and the means available to it to implement policy, the second regard the need to separate the three key powers of government into three distinct branches, and the third touches on the need to balance these powers.

For both my internet and lecture students: Please write 100 words, at least, detailing--separately--the importance of each of the principles in the chapters above. This means that you are to write three separate 100 word papers.
